Jim Sinatra AAS BLA MLA FAILA

Jim Sinatra has practiced in the landscape architecture profession since 1966. This includes many projects working with artists in the USA as well as holding his own exhibitions. Jim is a well respected educator in USA and Australia with international lecturing experience. He was instrumental in the undergraduate landscape architecture course at RMIT, and now holds the position of Emeritus Professor at RMIT’s School of Architecture and Design. Jim has participated as a lecturer, critic, juror and reviewer in USA, Canada, Japan, Holland, Korea, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan and East Timor. As a Director of Sinatra Murphy Pty Ltd, Jim draws on his extensive experience for every project undertaken. This is applied to every part of a project’s process including Concept Design, Design Development, Documentation, and Project Administration for landscape projects, and fabrication and installation for art projects.
